Leveraging technical cooperation with the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, we have independently developed a range of intelligent equipment, including cross-flow fan blade molding machines， fan blade runout measurement machines，vision-guided automatic welding machines，automatic dynamic balancing measurement integrated machines，and AI visual defect inspection systems. These advancements enable the integration of highly efficient automated production lines for plastic air conditioning fan blades, significantly enhancing product stability while reducing labor costs.

We are capable of independently developing and producing intelligent equipment such as product quality visual inspection equipment, fully automatic through flow welding machines, fully automatic through flow balancing machines, and fully automatic through flow flexible production lines. We are committed to building a digital and intelligent smart factory, focusing on the intelligence of key processes and the replacement of robots in key positions, forming a replicable and promotable 5G intelligent manufacturing production mode, and achieving efficient control in manufacturing, quality, and delivery.
