◎ High Efficiency:Taking the example of a two-balance-weight configuration, the equipment completes one production cycle in just 18 seconds, achieving a daily output of up to 3,500 units and significantly boosting production capacity.
◎ Fast Changeover:One-click program changeover enables model switching within 30 minutes, flexibly accommodating multi-category production needs and reducing line adjustment time.
◎ Optional Functions:Supports optional static imbalance functionality, automatically performing weight removal or addition based on detection data. It precisely balances the intermediate section of the blade, quickly reducing imbalance to within standard ranges to ensure dynamic balance accuracy. Additionally, an automatic compensation function makes real-time adjustments for minor deviations, further enhancing correction effectiveness.
