Sunwill was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s main board in 2012 (stock code: 002676). As a globalized intelligent manufacturing group, Sunwill operates across four core business segments: air conditioning fan blades, automotive components, modified materials, and intelligent equipment manufacturing. The company is a global leader in the air conditioning fan blade sector and a prominent player in the automotive electronic door lock segment, offering customers worldwide a one-stop solution encompassing foundational R&D for air conditioning fan blades, integrated mold-plastic services, as well as precision manufacturing for automotive electronic door lock components.

With over 30 years of sustained growth, Sunwill now comprises 23 subsidiaries and branches, employs more than 5,000 staff, and operates four industry-standard R&D and experiment centers (Low-Pressure Fan System Research Center, New Materials Research Center, Precision Mold Research Center, and Intelligent Manufacturing Research Center), along with three provincial-level technology centers (Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research and Development Center, and Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center). Currently, Sunwill possesses a globalized, multi-base operational capacity, with 13 production bases both domestically and internationally, located in Shunde, Xiangtan, Wuhu, Hefei, Nanchang, Wuhan, Kunshan, Qingdao, Handan, Taicang, Dongguan, Chonburi (Thailand), and Querétaro (Mexico). The company’s total production area spans nearly 400,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity exceeding 200 million units. Notably, the Mexico facility supports the company’s expansion into the North American automotive components market, while the Thailand facility serves as a strategic hub for entering the Southeast Asian air conditioning fan blade and modified materials markets. Sunwill has established strategic partnerships with renowned domestic and international air conditioning brands such as Midea, Gree, Daikin, Panasonic, Samsung, Haier, TCL, and Hisense.

Simultaneously, Sunwill has dedicated over 20 years to the precision injection molding of embedded circuits for the automotive industry. Leveraging its core process technologies, the company supplies world-class Tier 1 suppliers such as Magna, BorgWarner, Bosch, ZF, Kiekert, and Inteva with embedded circuit precision injection-molded functional components for applications including automotive electronic door locks, powertrain electronic control systems, and electric seats. This has established Sunwill as a stable and reliable key link in the global automotive supply chain. Particularly in the automotive electronic door lock segment, the company’s annual production and sales of supporting precision injection-molded parts exceed 30 million sets, sufficient for approximately 8 million newly manufactured vehicles, representing a global market share of about 10%. The company’s products are widely used in leading global automotive brands such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Bentley, GM, and Ford, as well as new energy vehicle brands including Xiaomi, Geely, NIO, Li Auto, Tesla, Chery, and BYD.
