The Low Voltage Fan System Research Center is committed to the research and development of "efficient and low-noise" air conditioning fans and new products. The center's predecessor was the Sunwill Fan Research Center established in 1994. In 2004, it was recognized as the "Shunde District Air Conditioning Fan Engineering Technology Research and Development Center" in Foshan City. In 2008, it was recognized as the "Guangdong Province Engineering Technology Research and Development Center". At the same time, it has the only "Guangdong Province Enterprise Technology Center" in the fan industry. In 2025, the Low Voltage Fan System Laboratory successfully passed the national CNAS authoritative certification.

Committed to the research and development of environmentally friendly, low-carbon and environmentally friendly new modified materials and new products, the center was formerly known as Zhongshan Santech Engineering Plastics R&D Center. In 2012, it was rated as the Engineering Technology Research Center for Polymer Materials Alloy Enterprises in Guangdong Province. In 2020, the Material Testing Center successfully passed the national CNAS authoritative certification.

Relying on the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, it is an expert team dedicated to the application basic research and engineering technology research and development of digital innovative design, computer-aided design, automatic production line for machining, digital processing equipment, and is the core team of the "National Engineering Research Center for Manufacturing Equipment Digitization". Mainly engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of non-standard automation equipment for injection molding and injection molding connection products.

University Joint Laboratory

We adopt an R&D model that combines independent development with collaborative partnerships. Focusing on product transformation and upgrading, we follow a three-pronged approach—"forward-looking, pre-research, and mass production stages"—to fully leverage the strengths of diverse partners and shorten development cycles. We have established long-term joint laboratories with a number of renowned academic and research institutions, including Tsinghua University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, South China Robotics Innovation Institute, Guangdong Mechanical Research Institute, and Guangdong New Materials Research Institute. Through these collaborations, we conduct joint research to drive breakthroughs in cutting-edge core technologies.
