Aceway Technology, a subsidiary of Sunwill Co., Ltd., has been selected for a project by a global leader in automotive components!

Recently, Aceway Technology, a subsidiary of Sunwill Co., Ltd., entered into a partnership with Kiekert, a global technology leader in automotive door lock systems, for the MOS project. Aceway Technology will primarily be responsible for manufacturing the main components of the automotive electronic door lock system, known as EKT (Electronic Key Transmission).

According to the client’s plans, the project’s lifecycle spans from 2026 to 2031, with total sales projected to reach approximately 250 million RMB over this period.

The project primarily utilizes metal stamping, injection molding, and electronic component assembly processes to tightly integrate control circuits with electronic components. While meeting the client’s stringent environmental testing requirements, the solution ultimately enables door lock opening and closing functions, as well as child safety lock features.

Aceway Technology has specialized in the field of precision injection molding for automotive embedded circuits for over 20 years. As the core supplier for this project, the company successfully overcame the technical challenges associated with the EKT main component by leveraging its integrated capabilities in metal stamping, precision injection molding, and electronic component assembly. Leveraging its proprietary injection molding technology for metal component fixation and isolation, combined with custom-designed fully automated production lines for injection molding and assembly, the company offers the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, and consistent quality—key factors that led Kiekert to select Aceway Technology as its strategic partner.

Securing the Kiekert MOS project contract fully demonstrates the global Tier 1 automotive supplier’s recognition of Aceway Technology’s capabilities in R&D, design, quality management, and cost control, while further highlighting Junwei Technology’s global competitiveness in the automotive electronic door lock sector.
