Recently, Sunwill Co., Ltd.’s Low-Pressure Fan System Laboratory successfully passed certification under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” (CNAS-CL01, “Criteria for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”), and received a laboratory accreditation certificate granted by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This milestone signifies that Sunwill Co., Ltd.’s Low-Pressure Fan Laboratory has met international standards in terms of management systems, technical capabilities, and testing proficiency, further enhancing the company’s core competitiveness in the development of high-end manufacturing.
To date, Sunwill Co., Ltd. has obtained CNAS accreditation for two laboratories. The other is the Materials Testing Center of Guangdong Sunwill Saitech Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. which was approved in April 2020. With its dual technological leadership in “materials R&D + fan systems,” this further underscores the company’s authority and credibility in testing capabilities for low-pressure fan systems and modified plastic materials.

CNAS accreditation is granted by the National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), a national accreditation body established by the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation” and the “Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Accreditation Bodies.” It represents the highest authority in China’s laboratory accreditation sector. The low-pressure fan testing capabilities accredited in this round cover core metrics such as airflow, static pressure, input power, rotational speed, and efficiency. During the evaluation process, the expert panel highly commended the laboratory’s environmental facilities, equipment precision, staff professionalism, and quality management system, unanimously concluding that the laboratory’s technical capabilities are at the forefront of the industry.
Sunwill Co., Ltd. established its plastic air conditioning fan blade testing laboratory as early as 1994, primarily conducting performance testing activities for plastic air conditioning fan blade products. In September 2023, the Low-Pressure Fan System Laboratory was established as an independent department dedicated to testing the performance of low-pressure fan systems. The laboratory covers an area of approximately 632 square meters and includes an airflow chamber, a noise chamber, and office space. The testing area spans about 340 square meters and is equipped with over 50 sets of professional testing equipment, supported by a team of experienced testing professionals. These high-quality hardware and software resources ensure the accuracy of all testing projects.
This CNAS accreditation marks a significant milestone in the laboratory’s development. The company will continue to refine its quality management system and deepen technological innovation, leveraging its core technologies as a “moat” for the company’s growth. We are committed to providing clients with more precise, efficient, and standardized testing services, while offering robust technical support for high-quality development in the fan blade industry.
