The selected “Cross-flow Fan Blade Welding and Dynamic Balancing Compensation” automation system is an innovative achievement developed by Sunwill Automation to address production challenges in the manufacturing of core components for the home appliance industry—specifically, air conditioner cross-flow fan blades. This solution achieves three major breakthroughs by deeply integrating robotics technology, high-precision sensing, and real-time compensation algorithms, serving as a concentrated demonstration of Shunwei Automation’s technical capabilities.

03 Intelligent Full-Inspection Robot
As the industry’s first mass-produced, full-featured vision inspection system, it seamlessly adapts to the production of multiple fan blade models while simultaneously performing appearance defect detection, runout measurement, and dynamic balancing tests on cross-flow fan blades. Equipped with an AI vision engine, the system performs in-depth analysis of image data and uses a pre-set defect feature database for intelligent classification and judgment, automatically completing the sorting process between good and defective products.
