  • Product Description Paint-free PP: Paint-free PP material is a modified PP produced by adding a specific proportion of talc powder, compatible aluminum pigment, lubricants, and other functional modifiers to a PP base through a specialized process. This material offers high fluidity for excellent moldability, achieves a good balance between lightweight properties and strength, and delivers a high-quality metallic finish with strong weather resistance. It is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective (eliminating the need for painting processes). It is widely used in automotive bumpers (achieving high-gloss or matte metallic finishes directly), side skirt trims, and other interior and exterior trim components.
  • Product Features ◎ Toughened PP: Toughened PP material is a modified PP produced by adding appropriate toughening agents and other functional modifiers to a PP base through a specialized process. This material features high toughness, high fluidity, optimized processability, and significantly improved low-temperature resistance. It is suitable for applications requiring comprehensive performance without the need for high strength. It is widely used in components requiring high fluidity and high toughness, as well as parts subject to impact loads in automotive applications.
    ◎ Filled PP: Filled PP material is a modified PP produced by adding a specific proportion of talc powder, dispersants, and other functional materials to a PP base through a specialized process. This material offers high rigidity, high toughness, and excellent heat aging resistance (withstanding 150°C for 1000 hours without chalking). It also combines high fluidity, good processability, low odor, low VOC, and good chemical resistance. It is widely used in parts requiring dimensional stability and high toughness, such as seat frames, ventilation covers, interior trim panels, and air conditioner housings.
    ◎ High-gloss PP: High-gloss PP material is a modified PP produced by adding a specific proportion of gloss enhancers, lubricants, heat stabilizers, compatibilizers, and other functional materials to a PP base through a specialized extrusion process. This material features high gloss, high surface quality, high heat resistance, high rigidity, and high modulus. It is widely used in sanitary ware products, juicer housings, rice cooker housings, and other household product components.
    ◎ Flame-retardant PP: Flame-retardant PP material is a modified PP produced by adding a specific proportion of flame retardants, compatibilizers, toughening agents, and other functional materials to a PP base, using specialized screw configurations and extrusion processes. This material offers excellent flame retardancy, passes 1000-hour damp heat (double 85) testing, and features high toughness and no exudation. It is widely used in air conditioner electrical control box housings, heater housings, induction cooker housings, and other household product components.
    ◎ Weather-resistant PP: Weather-resistant PP material is a modified PP produced by adding a specific proportion of activated fillers, surface modifiers, light stabilizers, and other functional materials to a PP base through a specialized extrusion process. This material features high toughness, high fluidity, high modulus, high heat resistance, and long-term aging resistance (70% property retention after 2500 hours of weather resistance testing). It is widely used in outdoor components such as air conditioner outer casings, housings, and grilles.
    ◎ Heat-resistant PP: Heat-resistant PP material is a modified PP produced by adding a specific proportion of heat stabilizers, rigidity enhancers, compatibilizers, and other functional materials to a PP base through a specialized extrusion process. This material features a high heat deflection temperature, high Vicat softening temperature, high modulus, and high rigidity. Injection-molded parts made from this material can maintain their shape under prolonged high-temperature service. It is widely used in household product components such as air conditioner fan blades, fan housings, and motor brackets.
