◎ Heat-Resistant ABS：This modified material is manufactured through twin-screw extrusion compounding by incorporating nitrogen-phenyl maleimide copolymers and toughening agents. It delivers outstanding heat resistance and impact strength, making it suitable for products requiring high heat resistance, such as household appliance housings, hair dryer barrels, and automotive components.
◎ Flame-Retardant ABS：This flame-retardant material is produced via twin-screw extrusion compounding using environmentally friendly halogen-based flame retardants (non-TBBA) and toughening agents. It offers superior flame retardancy (meeting V0 and 5VA ratings) and impact resistance, making it ideal for electronic and electrical applications, including modems, power panels, power outlets, and electrical control boxes, as well as various household appliance components.
◎ High-Damping ABS：This modified ABS is produced via a specialized extrusion compounding process using specific elastomers and toughening agents. It features a high damping coefficient, high gloss, and high impact resistance, making it well-suited for household appliance components such as air conditioner housings and wind deflectors.
