1. Full-series fan blade adaptation, wide scenario coverageCovering three major types of fan blade moulds: cross-flow, axial-flow and centrifugal, with customizable sizes ranging from φ80mm to φ1500mm. Suitable for fans in air conditioners, automotive HVAC, industrial heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, air purifiers and other fields, realizing "one mould for one scenario, one solution for one type of demand".

2. Fluid optimization design to improve fan performanceRelying on CFD fluid simulation and FLUENT flow field analysis, we optimize the cavity surface design of fan blades, avoiding problems such as airflow pulsation and blade tip vortex in advance. This helps increase air volume by 15% and energy efficiency by 7.7% for molded fan blades, while reducing operating noise to meet low-noise and energy-saving requirements.

3. Micron-level precision control to eliminate operational risksAdopting 3D scanning reverse modeling + five-axis linkage machining, combined with Zeiss coordinate measuring machine for all-dimensional inspection, achieving ±0.01mm machining precision. The dynamic balance precision of fan blades is controlled within 0.5mg, radial/axial runout ≤0.5mm, completely eliminating defects such as burrs and operational vibration.

4. Long service life and wear resistance for mass productionSelected imported high-quality mould steels such as H13 and S136, strengthened by vacuum heat treatment and equipped with nano-coating cavity technology. The mould service life reaches up to 2.5 million cycles, molding cycle ≤30s, and burr defect rate as low as 0.3%, greatly reducing customers' post-processing costs.
